I am Roz Chandler, a businesswoman and cut flower farmer. I am fortunate to have combined a corporate career spanning over 30 years as a Sales and Marketing Director whilst transitioning to being a full-time cut flower farmer. Today, I run Field Gate Flowers. A cut flower farm nestled on the banks of the River Ouse here in lovely England.
Whether you are growing cut flowers for pleasure or profit, I'm on a mission to empower flower enthusiasts and professionals. I can help change the world around you. If you are just starting and need a helping hand or are more experienced and looking to scale up to a sustainable flower business, I'm your cut flower woman.
The Cut Flower Gardening Podcast is a weekly podcast that releases a new episode every Friday. We bring together environmentalists, scientists, farmers, plant specialists, and business owners to discuss the complete picture of successful cut flower growing. We look at how to do it whether for yourself or for a business. My purpose is to connect you to those who've done it before so you don't have to reinvent the wheel. Plus you can learn from the cut flower and gardening mistakes we have made along the way.
You can listen to podcasts on gardening with your ear pods whilst pottering about in the garden, commuting to work, or relaxing in the evening. The Cut Flower Gardening Podcast is the perfect choice for gardeners in the UK and worldwide.
